BUA Call for Open Science Ambassadors
The Berlin University Alliance is looking for motivated Open Science enthusiasts who want to help their colleagues to implement Open Science practices into their research routine and to organize events with speakers that inspire on that topic. Open Science Ambassadors can participate in networking events and trainings, will receive funding of 4000€ for the organization of own events (per faculty for one year) and are formally acknowledged and visible at the faculty as an expert for Open Science.

WRITING CAFÉ - every Thursday is writing day - online
Take the opportunity to regularly devote time to your writing projects among peers. Write on your project in a group, alone or in tandems. An expert will be present for some time slots to answer questions and provide brief one-on-one consultations

Enhancing academic careers Are you supervising a doctoral thesis as a first, second or third supervisor? Are you working on a doctoral thesis yourself? The program runs for six months, is free of charge and includes a selection of modules that can be chosen individually. From April 2024, we will allocate up to 30 places per month to supervisors of doctoral projects and their doctoral students. The supervisors of the doctoral theses usually take part together with their doctoral students. However, doctoral candidates who wish to participate can also be accepted into the program without their supervisor. The focus is on promoting
